Marshad brings diversified finance experience, with a strong cross-functional corporate and entrepreneurial background in both public accounting and industry. Prior to joining Zabeel Investments he was the Chief Financial Officer for AMS Baeshen & Co - a family led group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, having earlier spent 11 years as Executive Manager for Audit and Assurance at Ernst & Young Dubai.

Amina Taher, Executive Director Corporate Communications - Zabeel Investments
Amina Taher is responsible for crafting and delivering Zabeel Investments corporate messages, while developing and overseeing the company’s corporate social responsibility framework. A communications graduate with an Executive MBA from the London Business School, Amina is a strong proponent of education and was a core partner in the creation of Bidaya, Zabeel Investments’ education and leadership programme, in partnership with Nakheel.

Ola Al Kurdi, Director HR and Administration - Zabeel Investments
Ola was one of the pioneering team members of Zabeel Investments and has been with the company since its inception in February 2006. Ola has instrumental in the organization and implementation of company’s human resource and administration policies, as well as ensuring that the working environment remains pleasant and productive. Ola is also responsible for overseeing the HR and administration requirements for Zabeel Investments group companies, such as, Tiara Hotels & Resorts, United Holdings, Zabeel Properties, Zabeel Capital, and Zed Communications.

As Managing Director of Zabeel Capital Jbran is responsible for the growth and diversification of Zabeel’s current US$ 1 billion investment portfolio. He will oversee a dynamic approach to investment, through which the company will embark on partnerships that fit within the company strategy. Martin Bell brings more than 25 years of experience in construction, project management and real estate management to Zabeel Properties. Having earlier worked with The Project Office and having spent more than 10 years in the UAE he has been involved in some of Dubai's most prestigious developments, namely, the world renowned Burj Al Arab, Emirates Towers, the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Wild Wadi Dubai and the now iconic World Trade Centre Residence, which combined account for a book value of AED 5.8 billion.

Niall Hannigan has more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience behind him, with the latest nine years spent in the real estate and property development world.
